I started my yoga journey nearly 10 years ago.  I was searching for a way to get and stay fit, whilst also giving me a more holistic approach - yoga proved to be that and so much more than I bargained for – it changed my whole way of life!

Pursuing a hunger for more yoga knowledge, I started to train with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) gaining knowledge of the philosophies & principles of Yoga, together with its modern day challenges.

With this strong foundation, my style of yoga is predominately Hatha Yoga but mixes with Asthanga to give you a dynamic class that will build your inner strength, guide you in meditations whilst linking the breath, body and mind!
